About us

The following are annual events sponsored by the Boot'n Bonnet Car Club. Click on the pictures at the right to view some more pictures.

Summer Barbeques

For the Summer months, June through August, our monthly meetings take the form of BBQ's at members homes. A great chance to get in a mid-week drive and enjoy each other's company. Attendance usually runs at more than 30 cars!

British Car Day - August 15, 2010

This year celebrating the 75th Anniversary of Jaguar

Held in Kingston City Park, right downtown under the trees.   It's definitely our best day!  This past August we had a record attendance with more than 165 British cars registered.  They come from everywhere just for the fun.  You can too!

Fall Colour Tour - October 3, 2010

Every October, when the leaves begin to turn, we head out on some of the most picturesque roads in central and eastern Ontario.  As with all Boot'n Bonnet events, there is always food involved, usually at a local Pub.
This year we are aheaded for Wheelers Maple Products at McDonalds Corners, Ontario, for lunch.

Winter Gathering

A great time to reunite in the dead of Winter. Set aside that evening and join us for a great dinner and lots of lies and fun.
This year a sumptuous buffet will be served followed by entertainment and dancing at the Radisson Hotel in Kingtson. So get out your dancing shoes and join you friends for a great night of fun.

Autojumble

We hosted our tenth All British Autojumble this past Spring at Portsmouth Olympic Harbour in Kingston, Ontario.   In case you missed it, the event was a great success!   Folks are already making plans for next year.

Spring Garage Tour

Every Spring we kick-off the motoring season with a visit to member's garages to inspect the projects they have been working away at over the Winter. This year, a Thousand Island boat  tour to Dark Island and a  tour of Singer Castle. It's a great target for getting your British car out of storage and back on the road.

Summer Rally

This year organized by Ed Luce and Dorothy Agnew. Drivers meeting at 1:30 pm at the ESSO at Hwy 38 and 401 on Centennial Drive. For more info, contact Ed at Ed.Luce@novelis.com .
